Why haven't I received my referral bonus?

The user have to play the game in order to get referral rewards. Referral rewards are distributed only if both the user and their invitees are active players. Users will be able to earn their referral fees only if their energy level is higher than 60.

When entering the referral code, I receive the following error: "Cannot be used on this device"

The system automatically checks the connections between the inviter and the invitee. All of the following conditions must be met in order for the referral relationship to be established.

• For the invited user, this must be the first installation of IguVerse.

• If the application is installed without using the special link, the invitation will not be recognized.

• If the game was previously installed on the invitee's device, then uninstalled and reinstalled via the link, the invite will not count.

• This error occurs if you entered the referral code on another account on the same device. You will not be able to enter a referral code on 2 accounts.

• The inviter's account must be older than the invitee's account.

• The game must be installed on a device that officially supports Google Play/App Store.

• Before clicking on the link to download the game, please check your internet connection.
