📢Socialize-to-Earn

I linked another social account. Why hasn't it changed in the task?

The data is updated every day at 00:00 UTC. Thus, if you have linked a new social account to your profile in IguVerse, then the updated information will become available with the start of the new game day after the timer is reset.

Why did my social task get rejected?

Read more on the account criteria and Pet ID criteria:

TikTok

We judge TikTok accounts on the following criteria.

  • Personal account. The TikTok account used should be your personal account, not a business account or any other account that is not meant for personal use.

  • Open account. The account should be open for verifiers and moderators to be able to check its content, as well as Pet ID presence.

  • Recency. Newly-created accounts cannot participate in the Socialize-to-earn task. For now, we only accept accounts created at least 45 days before the date of verification.

  • Number of followers. The account should have at least 500 followers.

  • Number of videos. Accounts with fewer than 7 videos (that do not contain Pet ID) are not eligible for participation.

  • Number of likes. The number of account followers cannot exceed the total number of likes.

Instagram

The criteria for Instagram accounts:

  • Personal account. The Instagram account used should be your personal account, not a business account or any other account that is not meant for personal use.

The account should have at least 100 followers.

  • Number of posts. The Instagram account should contain at least 5 posts.

  • Active account. The last post in the account (w/o Pet ID) should have been posted no later than 10 months before the current date.

  • Like/subscriber ratio. The average ratio of the number of likes (views for videos) to the number of followers should exceed 1:10 for accounts with fewer than 1000 followers, 1:20 for accounts with 1000-5000 followers, and 1:50 for accounts with more than 5000 subscribers.

  • Locality. The majority of subscribers should be from the country where the account owner is based.

Accounts caught cheating followers or any other activity may be restricted from participating in the project. The final decision on verification is made by the project administration.

We also have some requirements to Pet ID. Pet ID should be easily identifiable in the picture, as well as unmodified. Changes to the Pet ID may result in a ban of the account.

Prohibited Pet ID modifications include:

  1. Cropping, downsizing, or hiding parts of the picture even if they do not contain information

  2. Overlaying/overpainting the picture or its parts even if no information is hidden

  3. Failure to use the Pet ID image (writing the code youtself etc.)

  4. Pet ID should be published in a story, not a post!

Can I delete Pet ID after completing the task?

After completing the social task, your post will be available to other users for verification. If you delete your Pet ID, then other users will mark that you did not complete the task, and your profile will be submitted for moderator verification again. That is why Pet ID should not be deleted!

Why wasn't my account verified? I encountered verified accounts that did not meet all the criteria.

Accounts can be re-verified. Even if an account has been verified once, it does not mean that it will never be verified again. Therefore, it is so important to initially connect accounts that meet all the criteria if you want to complete tasks without any issues.

If you come across accounts that do not meet all the criteria required for verification, take a screenshot of such an account and send it to us. We will send this account for re-verification. However, these might be test accounts of our IT department.
